A press image of the Galaxy J7 (2017) was leaked by @evleaks through a tweet earlier today. According to the leaker, the lower mid-range smartphone will debut on Verizon's network as the Galaxy J7 V (SM-J727) and as the Galaxy J7 Sky Pro on Tracfone's network.
The Galaxy J7 (2017) is expected to feature a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass protection, an Exynos 7870 octa-core processor with Mali-T830 GPU (or Snapdragon 430 in some variants), 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, a microSD card slot, an 8-megapixel primary camera, and a 5-megapixel secondary camera.
The upcoming smartphone, which runs Android 7.0 out of the box, also comes with a fingerprint sensor, 4G LTE connectivity (with dual-SIM card slot for some markets), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS. It could debut on April 10 as that's the date which is being displayed on the lock screen.
