“Samsung will pave the way for 5G to unlock the full potential of India together with industry leaders,” said president and head of networks business at Samsung Youngky Kim. VIP dignitaries from the Indian government and industry leaders are in attendance.

The company is planning to conduct India's first large-scale 5G trial in the first quarter of 2019. It will be done in collaboration with the Department of Telecommunications.
