Yet another Galaxy phone has joined the growing list of devices that have received the February 2021 security patch. Samsung is rolling out the update for the Galaxy A31 in a handful of markets including Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Caucasus countries. As always, the update's availability should soon expand to additional regions.
The latest Galaxy A31 update can be spotted by firmware version A315FXXU1BUA1. The package arrives with the February 2021 security patch that was detailed by Samsung a couple of weeks ago. The firmware version indicates that the update may have introduced additional features along with the new security patch but we've yet been able to confirm this. If you do happen to own the Galaxy A31 in one of the regions in which the update is now available, feel free to join us in the comment section and let us know if you've noticed any other changes and / or additions.
