Samsung enthusiasts abroad are closer to getting their hands on some new hardware. While the release date and price have been confirmed for some markets, others have been left foaming at the mouth to find out when they will be able to get their hands on the newly unveiled Galaxy A8 (2018) and A8+ (2018) from Samsung.

Galaxy A8 (2018) release date in India

A new report out of India claims that these premium mid-range devices may be released in India on January 10th. Samsung is yet to officially confirm the Galaxy A8 (2018) release date in India.

Samsung has yet to confirm a release date for these handsets in markets other than Vietnam and the conglomerate's home country of South Korea. That being said, we should expect to see release date information popping up over the next few weeks as Samsung rolls out the device in other markets across the globe.

This is a heavily anticipated handset launch because we are starting to see flagship features without the flagship price tag. Both the Galaxy A8 (2018) and Galaxy A8+ (2018)  are equipped with Infinity Displays, a premium glass and metal sandwich, as well as dual selfie cameras with Live Focus capabilities.

With the latter being a first for Samsung, they are definitely making a point to celebrate it's capabilities as seen in their latest short film. Lastly, we will also be seeing a new conveniently placed fingerprint reader.

Keep an eye out for further information regarding the release of these devices within your market.
