Earlier today, Samsung finally released the stable Android 14 (One UI 6.0) update to the Galaxy S22 series. The update is now live in Europe and could launch in other countries and regions soon. This is the second Samsung phone to get the stable Android 14 update, and its firmware files are now available in our database.

The stable Android 14 update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with firmware version S908BXXUDWK4. Apart from Android 14 and One UI 6.0, the new software update also includes the November 2023 security patch. If you want to flash this firmware manually on your Galaxy S22 series phone, you can do that now. You can head over to our firmware database and download the appropriate firmware file before flashing it using a Windows PC and the Odin tool.

Alternatively, you can also download the OTA (Over The Air) software update on your Galaxy S22 device by navigating to Settings » Software update » Download and install. Remember, the new update has a download size of around 3.1GB, so it would be wise to back up your phone once and download the update using your Wi-Fi network.

One UI 6.0 brings several new features and design improvements. It has a completely revamped Quick Panel layout, a new media player widget with waveform animations, and a slightly revamped notifications design. It also brings a brand-new font and new emojis. You can also tweak the font style, placement, and size of the lock screen clock widget. You can view all the new features and changes in the video below.
