As you probably know by now, your Galaxy S22-series phone is going to miss out on Samsung's Galaxy AI features. Even though the chipset powering your device is technically capable of Galaxy AI, as proven by the S23 FE, Samsung won't update phones older than 2023 with AI capabilities.

With that in mind, now might be the best time for an upgrade. And Samsung has got Galaxy S22-series owners covered with enhanced trade-in offers. You can now exchange your Galaxy S22, S22+, or S22 Ultra and get a much better deal on one of the new flagship phones.

Story continues after the video

If you want to buy the base Galaxy S24, you can get a $450 discount if you exchange either one of the three Galaxy S22 variants, and you can buy the newer model for just $350.

On the other hand, if you want to upgrade to the Galaxy S24+ or Galaxy S24 Ultra, Samsung offers better trade-in values for your older flagship model.

Namely, you benefit from $450, $550, and $650 discounts when you exchange the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra, respectively. With that being said, you could buy the Galaxy S24+ for as low as $350 or the Galaxy S24 Ultra for as low as $650.

With the newer phones, you get better hardware, including more powerful chips, better cameras, and even improved battery life. The screens are brighter, too, and of course, there's the whole Galaxy AI suite.
