Indian Galaxy S23 users also get stable Android 14 (One UI 6.0) update

Yesterday, Samsung released the stable Android 14 update to the Galaxy S23 in Europe and South Korea. Today, the company has released the stable Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update to the Galaxy S23 series in India. This update brings several new features, improvements, and design changes to the company's current-generation flagship smartphone lineup.

Galaxy S23 beta testers in India get stable One UI 6.0 update

The Android 14-based stable One UI 6.0 update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with firmware version S91xBXXU3BWJM and includes the October 2023 security patch. The update has a file size of close to 3.1 GB (350MB for users who installed the One UI 6.0 Beta update). All the Galaxy S23 users in the country who are running One UI 5.1 on their devices will likely get the stable Android 14 update today.

Whether you're running One UI 5.1 or One UI 6.0 beta on your Galaxy S23 series phone and live in India, you can now check for the new update by opening the Settings app on your device and navigating to Software update » Download and install. Once the stable One UI 6.0 update firmware file is available for Indian Galaxy S23 units, you can flash it by downloading the file from our firmware database.
