A few weeks ago, Samsung opened the One UI Watch 4.5 Beta Program to interested Galaxy Watch 4 series users. Since then, the company has released a few beta updates. The South Korean firm is getting closer to a stable update as it has released the sixth One UI Watch 4.5 beta update to the smartwatches.
The sixth One UI Watch 4.5 beta update for the Galaxy Watch 4 and the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic comes with the firmware version ending ZHV2.
Sixth One UI Watch 4.5 beta update fixes a lot of bugs on Galaxy Watch 4 series
This update brings multiple bug fixes on both Bluetooth and LTE versions of the watches. It fixes the bug where entered text disappeared while using automatic text suggestion. It also fixed the reset issue, which appeared in the Watch Only mode during exercise. With the new update, the Galaxy Watch 4 series automatically disables battery saving mode when the battery gets charged to 15% or higher.
The LTE version of the Galaxy Watch 4 couldn't receive disaster-related messages over 255 bytes, and the new beta update fixes it. The smartwatch could also not call 911 when a T-Mobile user was roaming on an AT&T network in the US. Samsung has also updated the Flashlight app on the device.
Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic users worldwide could soon get the stable One UI Watch 4.5 update based on Wear OS 3.5. This is the same software that debuted with the Galaxy Watch 5 and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro.
