If you needed any further proof that Samsung is at the top of the game when it comes to software updates, here it is: The Korean giant has now started updating its third smartphone to the stable version of Android 12 and One UI 4.0. The Galaxy Z Flip 3's public Android 12 update went live earlier today, and the final update is now out for the Galaxy Z Fold 3, as well.
Before you get too excited, though, we should mention that the rollout only seems to have started in Korea for now. However, it shouldn't be long before more countries get the update and every Galaxy Z Fold 3 owner can start enjoying the latest version of Android and One UI.
Another point to note is that the update only seems to be rolling out for users on Android 11 at this moment. That said, beta One UI 4.0 users are likely to receive an update to the final version before the end of the day.
Like any other update, Galaxy Z Fold 3 owners can download Android 12 and One UI 4.0 by opening their phone's Settings app, navigating to Software update, and tapping Download and install. You might need to do that a few times before the update shows up, so don't be disheartened if the first attempt doesn't give you any results.
Thanks for the tip, Kevin!
