Even though it was followed by the Watch 6 series, the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro remains Samsung's first and only smartwatch to boast the “Pro” moniker and a titanium case.

Whether or not the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is a healthy long-term investment is debatable, given that we don't know much about how the smartwatch formula will change later this year. Because of its uniqueness, the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro has so far maintained its value. The Wi-Fi and LTE variants usually cost $449 and $499, respectively.

However, you can now buy it for $369 if you pick the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi variant and save $80. Or you can grab the LTE model for $409 and save $90.

Editor's Note: Despite debuting in August 2022, the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro remains relevant in 2024 because of its unique characteristics and design, the few exclusive fitness tracking features it has, and its still-unmatched battery life.

Nevertheless, it's worth keeping in mind that Samsung wants to expand the Health platform through the addition of its first smart ring, i.e., the Galaxy Ring. Exactly how this upcoming wearable will work alongside the Galaxy Watch remains to be seen.

It is possible that the Ring will make the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro an even better choice for users who might prefer keeping the Galaxy Ring on them at all times and wearing a smartwatch only when exercising.
