How to turn the battery percentage indicator on your Galaxy device on or off
You can enable or disable the battery percentage indicator on your Samsung phone or tablet by first opening the Settings app and then navigating to “Notifications.” Next, you'll have to tap “Advanced Settings” and turn the “Show battery percentage” toggle on or off.
Now, on to the part about adding more stress to your daily life — or rather, avoiding it. In theory, a battery percentage indicator can help you gauge battery life more accurately. You should keep the battery percentage indicator enabled if you want that level of control and information from your device.
On the other hand, many people found that, sometimes, keeping a close eye on your battery percentages all throughout the day can lead to even more stress instead of a sense of control over the situation.

More so, the indicator could have the opposite effect by catching your attention too often and adding more stress to your battery anxiety.
