If you missed the news, customer interest in Samsung's new portable projector “The Freestyle“ is very high, especially across the European continent, where more than 230,000 people have pre-registered to show interest in the device.
Of course, pre-registrations don't always reflect sales figures accurately, but even so, The Freestyle appears to be an early hit. Now, Samsung is offering The Freestyle on pre-order terms in the UK for customers who don't want to miss out on its market debut.
The Freestyle will be going on sale in the UK from February 16. However, prospective buyers can pre-order the projector from today and take advantage of exclusive offers.
Pre-order The Freestyle now and receive gifts
Even though The Freestyle appears to be in high demand, Samsung is willing to incentivize and reward pre-order customers with a couple of free accessories. It probably didn't have to do this, but freebies are always welcome.
For Freestyle pre-orders in the UK, the company offers customers a free travel case before February 15, and more than that, it's giving away pairs of Galaxy Buds Live earbuds while stocks last. When purchased separately, the Galaxy Buds Live cost £159 at full price, though as of this writing, it happens to be available at a discount of £80.
The Freestyle caught the public's attention with its range of unique features. Check our video below for a closer look, but one of the highlights is that you can screw the device directly into standard E26 sockets like a light bulb and have it project from the ceiling down onto your table or floor.
The device is enabled by Bixby and has smart speaker functionalities. As far as image quality is concerned, it offers features such as auto-leveling and keystone correction and can project clear images from 17 to 100 inches.
