Customers in Europe can now sign up for the Samsung Care+ program and take advantage of device protection and theft coverage plans. The service is launching in partnership with bolttech and is now live in six European countries, including Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.

Originally known as Premium Care, Samsung's mobile device insurance service got renamed to Samsung Care+ last year. Customers can sign up for the service on a monthly subscription that can cover a device for up to three years.

Monthly fees differ by region and the value of the device being insured. Samsung Care+ supports dozens of Galaxy phones and tablets, from the Galaxy A03s to the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and anything in between. You can refer to the official Care+ page for each region for a full breakdown of costs and devices. Here's how Care+ works in the Netherlands.

How can Samsung Care+ and bolttech help Galaxy customers?

The program covers Galaxy device users in the event of accidental physical or liquid damage. Terms and conditions apply. Customers can make a maximum of three claims for accidental damage over a 12 month period, but there are no limits for mechanical breakdowns. Similarly, Samsung Care+ offers customers up to three claims a year in case of theft or loss.

Samsung now offers Samsung Care+ through partner bolttech in a total of thirteen countries, including six in Europe and seven in Asia.
