Samsung Electronics UK joins Vodafone’s business.connected initiative

We are just a few hours away from the Unpacked 2022 event. Samsung will unveil one of the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S22 series here. While we wait for the launch, there is some good news that will enhance the business capabilities of SME businesses in the UK.

According to the official blog of Vodafone, giving a huge boost, Samsung Electronics UK has joined Vodafone's business.connected initiative. This initiative is a partnered effort by Vodafone and Enterprise Nation. Its main aim is to provide free expert training and resources, to help nurture and boost the UK's SME businesses.

Samsung Electronics UK has joined Vodafone’s business.connected initiative as an ‘Exclusive Smartphone Partner'. This will bring the expertise and knowledge of the technology giant and help SME's be up to date in terms of global consumer technology.

Samsung will take part in business.connected webinars and workshops

Thanks to Samsung Electronics UK's addition to Vodafone’s business.connected initiative, SMEs in the UK will get access to free digital courses and training. This will cover all aspects of optimizing connectivity to connect all their devices seamlessly.

As per the official blog, Samsung Electronics UK has not just joined this initiative on the surface level. It will take part in business.connected initiative's webinars and workshops, giving first-hand guidance on everything technology.

To give you a background, the business.connected initiative was launched back in May 2021. The main idea behind this was to provide expert digital training to small businesses. Apparently, this will help them scale their business. Moreover, people in small businesses will also get training to stay safe online.

It aims to upskill up to 150,000 SMEs in the UK by mid-year. Interested users can access the digital courses through the Vodafone V-Hub. Additionally, the course explains everything, right from setting up a business online, digital marketing, and cybersecurity. To date, over 65,000 SMEs across the UK have benefited from this online training program. You can get more information about the courses here.
