Last week, Samsung released the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 beta update to the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3. The updates were released in China, South Korea, and the UK. Now, the company has released the second One UI 5.0 beta update for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 in China.
If you are a Galaxy Z Flip 3 user in China registered to beta-test One UI 5.0, you can now download the second One UI 5.0 beta update on your phone. The new software update comes with firmware version ending ZVJ9. It comes with the same security patch as the last one. The new software mostly focuses on bug fixes.
Galaxy Z Flip 3 One UI 5.0 Beta 2 update fixes a lot of bugs
According to the official changelog, the second One UI 5.0 beta update, based on Android 13, for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 fixes the cracking sound error when checking a video preview in the video editor after using Effect & Tone. The new software also fixes the display error related to the rear selfie icon.
There was also an alignment error between the cover and the main display when applying homescreen wallpaper, and Samsung has fixed that. While using the Camera in AR Emoji mode, it displayed an error on the screen. In Flex Mode, after recording a video and watching it, the phone displayed an error while switching back to preview mode. The new software also displayed the “camera failed” error, and Samsung fixed that bug.
Samsung has mentioned that some bugs haven't been fixed yet. Those bugs include issues in using the TeamViewer app's Remote Control feature. Some phones also have an issue while using the Secure Folder feature, and that bug will probably be fixed with a future update.
