Samsung Gaming Hub goes from strength to strength
Samsung Gaming Hub isn't a game streaming service on its own. It's a discovery platform that brings together popular streaming services, making it possible for people to access their favorite game streaming services on Samsung's products without requiring any additional hardware.
For example, someone with a compatible Samsung smart TV or smart monitor can access the Xbox Game Pass streaming service directly from the Samsung Gaming Hub. Other supported streaming services include the likes of Amazon Luna, Antstream Arcade, Blacknut, NVIDIA GeForce Now and Utomik. Support for popular controllers is also provided by Gaming Hub. It's compatible with DualSense and DualShock 4 Sony controllers, a wide range of official Xbox controllers as well as Microsoft's Xbox Adaptive controllers.
Samsung Gaming Hub is powered by the Tizen platform. While talking about Tizen improvements during the keynote today, the company confirmed that Samsung Gaming Hub supported games have now crossed the 3,000 games mark. This represents a 300% increase compared to last year, highlighting the growing confidence of game streaming service providers in Samsung's platform.
