The Sound Assistant module for Samsung's Good Lock app is getting a new update. It bumps the app’s version to 4.4.0.3 and, according to the changelog, brings “stabilization for GTS support.”
Sound Assistant enables users to customize sound settings on their Samsung smartphone at a much deeper level than you can with the built-in settings in One UI. For example, it allows you to customize the layout of the volume panel, apply themes to it, adjust the volume for each app, apply effects to your voice, adjust the audio delay between the phone and audio devices, and play audio from multiple sources simultaneously.
Now, most Good Lock modules support the Galaxy to Share (GTS) feature, which allows you to share that module’s settings with other Galaxy users. Sound Assistant is one of them. It allows you to share the settings that you have on your Sound Assistant app with other Samsung smartphone users. While we don’t know if the integration of GTS in Sound Assistant had any issues, Samsung says that it has stabilized the support for GTS in Sound Assistant.
The updated version of the Sound Assistant app is currently rolling out in all the regions where Good Lock is available. You can update or download the app from Good Lock (via Galaxy Store).
Speaking of updates, Good Lock now allows you to update all its modules at once. Just tap the icon with three dots in it and click on the ‘Update All' option. The app will then take you to Galaxy Store and start downloading all the available updates.
