Samsung has announced that its new TVs launched this year will get the F45 Traning app for home-based workouts. The app will offer functional training workout videos to Samsung TV users.
2024 Samsung TVs with Samsung Daily+ gets F45 Training app for workouts
All Samsung TVs launched in 2024 with the Samsung Daily+ software will get the F45 Training app. It brings premium workout and training videos so that users can stay fit right from the convenience of their homes. It offers a variety of cardio, hybrid, recovery, and strength workout videos.
F45 says it will keep adding more fast and fun workout content to its app on Samsung TVs. Since 2013, the fitness firm has offered group workouts to customers at its studios across 65 countries. Its 45-minute workouts are fun and engaging, and more importantly, they deliver results quickly. Even the busiest people can take 45 minutes from their schedule for a workout session.
All F45 workouts can be easily modified to fit a variety of needs. They improve everyday mobility by mimicking real-life activities, build lean muscle, and improve cardiovascular health. The app's workout content is curated by F45's Global Athletics Team.
The app also offers motivational content and links to nearby F45 gyms and training studios. Recently, Samsung added the Technogym app to its TVs. It provides home-based workouts and fitness sessions similar to the F45 Training app.
