OLED display has information about future Samsung AMOLED displays.
The site also says that Samsung start producing flexible OLED displays in a short time from now.
Does this hint at a new kind of device / tablet at the MWC 2012?
The site also had some nice prices what it takes to produce an AMOLED screen.
3.7″ LCD screen will cost approximately $38.50.
4.3″ AMOLED screen will cost approximately $50-55.
7.7″ AMOLED display takes approximately $150-170.
9.7″ AMOLED display takes approximately $250-290.
It is expected, that the Samsung Galaxy S IIIwill use a 4.5”, 4.6”or 4.7″. It will cost about 80 dollar.
It will also be a new type AMOLED screen.
Samsung will use Amoled screens more and more, and the LCD screens will be out of the picture in a while.
