DÜSSELDORF – The Galaxy Tab 10.1N a modified Tab from Samsung can be sold in Germany for the being.

The demand of the U.S. smartphone and tablet manufacturer Apple to a ban the Galaxy Tab 10.1N is rejected by the german court.

The German judge ruled Thursday that the Samsung Tablet is not similar to the Apple iPad competitor. Samsung and Apple are in a legal war for some time now.

The companies accuse each other of patent infringement.

Earlier this year the german court banned the Galaxy Tab 10.1 from sales.  The judge ruled that the device did look alot like the Apple iPad.
Samsung brought a modified version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1, the Galaxy Tab 10.1N running on the Android operating system from Google, in order to bypass the ban.

So this time Samsung is victorious and Apple is losing ground. What about the next time?
