
Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 features a 6.3-inch 720p (720×1280) SuperClear LCD panel with a pixel density of 233ppi and packs a dual-core Snapdragon 400 SoC clocked at 1.7GHz, Adreno 305 GPU, 1.5GB RAM, 8-megapixel main shooter capable of capturing videos in 1080p at 30fps, and a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera.
In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy Mega 6.3 offers WiFi 802.11ac support on top of the usual a/b/g/n, and an IR blaster is included for remote control access using Samsung’s WatchON service. NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 + LE are included, and it's got MHL 2.0 and is able to use a standard MHL connector. Android 4.2 takes care of the software side of things, underneath Samsung's usual TouchWiz customization.
