WIND Mobile begins Samsung Galaxy Note 3 pre-registrations

Following Samsung Canada's official announcement of the Galaxy Note 3, carrier WIND Mobile has opened up pre-registrations for the company's latest phablet on its Facebook page. While Samsung mentions an October 4th launch date, there's no telling when the carrier will begin stocking the device, nor is there any info on pricing. But hey, that's why it's called pre-registration instead of pre-order, right?
