Well, it certainly seems to be the day when the Android 4.3 update for the Galaxy S III will begin heading out to users all across the world. The S III only recently started receiving the Android 4.3 update for the international unlocked variant in the UK, and now the update is rolling out to the South Korean variant of Samsung's 2012 flagship (SHV-E210K).
