Now that Samsung has formally unveiled its new smartphones, the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge, it can go about creating more hype for these devices before they're finally released next month. The company has already talked much about all of the hardware improvements that these devices bring. Today in a post on its official blog the company has once again highlighted the superior internal hardware that the Galaxy S6 brings as compared to its rivals.
Samsung points out that the 14-nanometer mobile processor which powers the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge is a world-first, enabling higher performance with low power consumption, making the two new smartphones the ideal devices for mobile gaming and media content consumption. It also mentions the LPDDR4 memory system and 2.0 flash memory which ensures that these devices can handle the toughest of tasks while keeping power consumption at a minimum. The fast charging feature also gets a mention as well as support for multi-standard wireless charging. The company also posted a video online which recaps the hardware features of its new flagship smartphones.
