The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge have been going up for pre-order across the world in the last week or so, in what is one of the largest launches Samsung has ever done for a flagship device. That isn't surprising, as the company is betting on its new smartphone powerhouses to turn around its not-so-impressive financials of the past year. While the two handsets are the most impressive smartphones out in the market today, they also bring changes to features that are considered a norm for the company's phones – the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 don't have a removable battery, nor do they have the option of expanding storage using a microSD slot.
The lack of a microSD slot is justified by Samsung's use of what is the fastest storage technology available for mobile devices, and Samsung is also offering the S6 and S6 edge in three different storage variants – 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB. Samsung has announced 64GB variants of its flagships before, but it has never made these variants too accessible, leaving consumers no choice but to opt for the basic 16GB model that all previous Galaxy S flagships have come with. This time though, even the 128GB model is considerably widely available, while the 32 and 64GB models are identically easy to find at retailers and carriers.
Which brings us to the question: What storage variant of the Galaxy S6 or S6 edge did you buy? The 64GB version seems to be the most popular based on what our readers are saying, and we would love to know which of the three storage options you opted for/are going to order once the two devices go up for sale in your region.
