It goes without saying that the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge are among the best Android powered smartphones available in the market right now and AnTuTu's latest report says they're actually the most powerful as well. AnTuTu published a list of the most powerful Android smartphones that have been tested on its popular benchmark site since the start of this year and Samsung's current flagships sit comfortably at the top.

Data for the list was gathered through the users who tested their devices on the AnTuTu benchmark over the past six months, the Galaxy S6 came out on top with 67520 points followed by the Galaxy S6 edge in second place with 63910 points. Third place went to the Xiaomi MiNote Pro with 57163 points. Galaxy S5 is the next Samsung devices on this list and it comes in ninth place with 49402 points. These performance scores have been averaged from user benchmark results gathered between January 1 and July 1 with AnTuTu clarifying that it has not taken into account false entries that had been “rigged” to achieve a higher score.
