Samsung has recently brought an improved version of the Galaxy S4 mini to Europe called the Galaxy S4 mini plus or ‘Galaxy S4 Value Edition' depending on region with the model number GT-I9195I. The device is an improved version of the standard Galaxy S4 mini which was launched in July 2013. It features the same tech specs as the standard Galaxy S4 mini except the Value Edition has an improved chipset. The Galaxy S4 mini plus has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC with a 64-bit architecture, as opposed to the original Snapdragon 400 chipset which had a 32-bit architecture.
Putting differences aside the tech specs of the Galaxy S4 mini plus are the same. It has a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED panel with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. Other tech specs include 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable memory, plus an 8MP rear camera, all powered by a 1,900mAh removable battery. The price for the Galaxy S4 mini plus is set between 190 and 239 euro.
