The beta version of Tizen 2.4 for the Z1 last month, and it looks like Samsung will soon release the final version of the operating system. According to a message posted by Jason Dongwon Kwak, Managing Director of Samsung's R&D Institute in India, on Facebook, the final version of Tizen 2.4 will be released for the Samsung Z1 on January 22.
Apparently, the new version of Tizen will also bring SHAREit, WhatsApp voice calling, and many other features to the Z1. Other new features include Ultra Data Saving mode, an option to hide personal messages and memos, an option to record the user's voice along with the a music track, an easier setup flow, and an easier way to add or remove widgets from the home screen.
