Samsung introduced inbuilt wireless charging to its flagship lineup with the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge, then later took it a step further by putting fast wireless charging on the Galaxy S6 edge+ and Galaxy Note 5. The feature can also be found on the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, but oddly, it looks like Samsung doesn't want everyone to be taking advantage of fast wireless charging.
In many markets, Samsung's official store doesn't sell its fast wireless charger, and neither can it be ordered from local retailers. The same is the case for the new standing fast wireless charger for the S7 and S7 edge. Like the storage options for its phones, Samsung seems uninterested in making sure consumers around the world can take advantage of everything it has to offer with its top-of-the-line devices, and it's frankly disappointing considering how much the company made of these features at its Unpacked events.
