Samsung might be shutting down Milk Music in some markets but it doesn't appear to be completely out of the game just yet. The company has actually launched Milk Music in China. It brings local content to the fore with over one million tracks and enhanced discovery features which help users find fresh new content to listen to.
Milk Music for China gets a concentric dial design complete with translucent background effects, even the background color of the player changes to match the album art. Aside from a library of tracks that can be streamed Milk Music also provides access to streaming radio stations. Much of the content is local right now but music from international stars could arrive later on. Milk Music has only been released for the Galaxy S7, the Galaxy S7 edge and the A9 Pro in China right now but more devices will get the service soon.
