Samsung introduced themes with the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge last year, and then the feature was introduced to other high-end and mid-range smartphones from the company. However, paid third-party themes were limited to a few markets, but that is changing slowly.

Samsung has introduced paid themes in the Netherlands earlier today (paid themes have seemingly been available for a few days, but Samsung is only now making an official announcement.) Now you have more themes to choose from, including options that we often find to be better than the free ones.

New themes hit the Theme Store every week; follow our Themes Thursday series to see the best ones.

Update: It's been revealed by Hiten Soni in our comments section and confirmed by renowned theme designer Lucas Kendi that Samsung has opened the gates to its paid theme store in South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland and the UAE.
