The Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus were previously rumored to go up for pre-order worldwide on Monday, April 10, and officially on sale in-store on Friday, April 21, but a new report fresh out of South Korea claims that Samsung's brought the date forward to Friday, April 7 in the region.
It's believed that Samsung three Korean carriers will accept pre-orders for the devices through Monday, April 17. After a (likely sleepless) night of arranging orders, there will be a special “Galaxy S8 pre-launch event” the following day — Tuesday, April 18 — at some operators brick-and-mortar stores.

Unfortunately, it's unclear whether the hands will still be available to pre-order in other countries on Monday, April 10. The report does state, however, that the official sale date of the handset is set as Friday, April 21 — so it certainly seems feasible that customers will be able to reserve one a week in advance.
