Samsung has announced that it will launch its new Galaxy Note smartphone in India on September 12. The launch will take place in New Delhi on 12:30 PM, and there will be a livestream if you're interested to watch the live event here.
The Galaxy Note 8 could be priced anywhere between INR 70,000 (about $1,094) to INR 75,000 (about $1,172) in India, and it is being rumored that the company will bundle the DeX docking station and 100GB of additional cellular data for free with the phablet.
Last year, the Galaxy Note 7 was launched in India, but it got pulled from the shelves one day before it was meant to be made available due to faulty batteries. Now, the Galaxy Note 8 will compete with the iPhone 8 and the Google Pixel 2 this year.
