It has been a couple of months since Samsung released the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+. If you didn't take advantage of the Galaxy S9 pre-order deals that we told you about, then you should certainly consider these best Galaxy S9 deals if you have yet to pick up the device and wouldn't mind saving some of your hard-earned money in the process. There are countless Galaxy S9 deals available right now and we're going to cover the best of them for major markets.

Best Galaxy S9 deals in the US

Samsung

We'll start off this list of best Galaxy S9 deals with the home base. The company sells all carrier variants of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ online through its website as well as the factory unlocked model. Prices for the unlocked Galaxy S9 start at $719.99 and the Galaxy S9+ at $839.99 for the 64GB variant.

The 128GB and 256GB variants are available through Samsung. The Galaxy S9 costs $769.99 and $839.99 respectively while the Galaxy S9+ costs $889.99 and $959.99 respectively. Customers can choose to pay in full or opt for Samsung Financing which will spread out the device cost over 24 months. Customers can also sign up for the Samsung Upgrade program and be eligible to upgrade to a new Galaxy device after 12 months.

To get you to buy the Galaxy S9 directly, Samsung is offering multiple deals, including a trade-in off which promises up to $300 for a qualifying trade-in. Customers who buy a new Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9+ from Samsung can opt for the Upgrade bundle for $99. It includes the Gear VR, wireless charging stand and AKG Bluetooth headphones. The products cost $380 separately. The Power bundle is also available for $49 and it features the wireless charging stand, dual-port vehicle charger, and a portable battery pack which separately cost around $180.

Amazon

Amazon sells the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ brand new for the same prices that you'll find on Samsung's official website. It doesn't offer any deals so you're better off purchasing directly from Samsung. Do keep in mind that some third-party sellers are selling it for less but they often have the international variant in stock which isn't eligible for US warranty.

Certified refurbished models are available on Amazon with prices starting at $639. Do consider that if you're not willing to spend all that money on a brand new device.

Best Buy

Aside from the Verizon, AT&T and Sprint variants of the handset, you can also buy the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ unlocked from Best Buy. The retailer actually has the lowest carrier price, $669 for the Galaxy S9 and $789 for the Galaxy S9+. Customers can also get 24 month financing when they use their My Best Buy Credit Card. AT&T is offering a buy-one-get-one promotion for the Galaxy S9. Customers who buy the device on installments will get credits for the retail price of the second device divided into monthly installments.

They can choose to get another Galaxy S9 for free or put those credits towards a Galaxy S9+ or Galaxy Note 8 if they pay they difference. They will be required to pay tax on both devices and purchase postpaid wireless and data service on both as well. Full terms and conditions are up on AT&T's website.

If they buy a Galaxy S9+, they will get $720 off the cost of a second Galaxy S9+ or Galaxy S8 Active with 24 monthly bill credits when they add a line. As always, read the fine print before committing to the promotion.
