Samsung has announced that the official One UI 7 rollout will start on April 7. The company had previously said the rollout would start in early April and has now revealed the exact date. It also revealed which devices will get the update first.
We had expected the Galaxy S24 series to be first in line, but Samsung's press release makes it seem like the update will roll out to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 alongside the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra starting April 7.
Then, in the weeks that follow, Samsung will bring the update to Galaxy S, Galaxy Z Flip, and Galaxy Z Fold smartphones launched in 2023 and its last two flagship tablet lineups.
Galaxy devices part of initial One UI 7 rollout wave
Samsung makes no mention of other Galaxy smartphones and tablets that are eligible for One UI 7 (Android 15), but we can assume that all devices not on the list above will start getting the update sometime in May.
Samsung is currently running a One UI 7 beta program for the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S23 series, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, and the Galaxy Tab S10 lineup. The Galaxy A55 will also get the beta version sometime in April and is the only non-flagship device that's confirmed for the beta program, at least as of March 18.
