The Galaxy A12 is being readied for market release in Singapore before the end of the week. As many of you know, the Galaxy A12 was among the first phones for 2021 to be unveiled by Samsung. It was announced in November ahead of a planned January 2021 release, and now we've learned that the device will hit the shelves in Singapore tomorrow, January 9, in two color options: Cosmic Black and Cosmic Blue.
The Galaxy A12 will be available in Singapore through M1, Singtel Business and StarHub, as well as the Samsung Experience and Online Stores, Lazada, and Shopee. Samsung will be selling the variant with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage for $228. The company also announced a Soft Clear Cover accessory in two color options (back and transparent) for $25.

Samsung's new budget phone has a 6.5-inch HD+ TFT display with an Infinity-V design, and it's powered by a MediaTek MT6765 octa-core chipset and a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and IT teams can easily deploy and manage fleets of Galaxy A12 units across their organizations right out of the box. And with a launch price of $228, the Galaxy A12 is virtually the most affordable enterprise-ready smartphone in Singapore right now.
