Earlier today, a rumor claimed that the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ feature 256GB storage in the base variant. However, that doesn't appear to be true. We can confirm that the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ will still have 128GB UFS 4.0 storage variants, but their availability will vary across the world.
The report also claimed that the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ have only 8GB LPDDR5X RAM in all their memory configurations. But we can confirm that higher storage variants of the smartphone will come with higher RAM. As always, the availability of those versions will vary according to the market. Some markets may not get the variant with higher than 8GB RAM. We would've loved seeing 256GB base storage for the Galaxy S23, but it looks like Samsung will end up disappointing fans again.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 200MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and two 10MP telephoto cameras (3x zoom and 10x zoom). They are also rumored to feature 8K 30fps video recording from the rear camera.
