Samsung is all set to launch the next-gen foldable phones—Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5—sometime in July. Alongside the two new foldable devices, Samsung fans will also get to see the launch of the Galaxy Tab S9 series. It is confirmed that the tablets will come with Android 13-based One UI 5.1.1 software onboard.

In a recent development, the US certification authority FCC has published a certification document for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. The certification shows that the device got certified and tested by the FCC on May 15 and received approval. However, popular tipster SnoopyTech (@_snoopytech_) posted an alleged screenshot that shows the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra running One UI 5.1.1.

One UI 5.1.1 appears identical to One UI 5.0 design

According to the certification document posted by the FCC, it is confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S9+ will carry the model number SM-X810, which is going to be the middle sibling of the Tab S9 lineup. The screenshot of the UI gives us a peek at the new One UI 5.1.1 design, and it looks similar to One UI 5.0.

Apparently, the One UI 5.1.1's Settings app design looks similar to One UI 5. All the functions are the same, and there are no design changes to the icons. However, there are chances that the changes might appear when actually using the UI instead of visual appearance. So, you might be getting almost a similar experience with the One UI 5.1.1.

The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, along with its other two models, is nearing its launch. It was reported that the Galaxy Tab S9 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy processor, a quad-speaker setup, an IP67 rating, an S Pen, support 45W fast charging, and thin bezels all around with the display notch (Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra).
