Samsung is in the process of launching one more mid-range smartphone. After launching the Galaxy A14 5G, Galaxy A34 5G, Galaxy A54 5G, and Galaxy F54 5G, the South Korean firm is bringing the Galaxy M34 5G to the Indian market. It is a slightly modified version of the Galaxy A34 5G, which is already on sale worldwide.
The company has started teasing the Galaxy M34 5G on Amazon. A short video shows the smartphone's triple-camera setup on the rear, while another image shows its volume and power button. When you look closely at the power button, you will realize that it doubles up as a side-mounted fingerprint reader. In the teaser, the phone is visible in its Dark Blue avatar. The company could launch it in at least one more color.
Galaxy M34 5G specifications
Tipster Abhishek Yadav has published possible specifications of the Galaxy M34 5G. According to him, the smartphone features a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. The Galaxy M34 5G will reportedly use the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset, similar to the Galaxy A34 5G. It will reportedly run Android 13 out of the box. The phone is reportedly 8.2mm thin and weighs 199g.
According to the tipster, the Galaxy M34 5G has a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 5MP (macro) camera. On the front, the phone could come equipped with a 13MP selfie camera. Other features of the Galaxy M34 5G could include 8GB RAM, 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, a USB 2.0 Type-C port, a 5,000mAh battery, and 25W fast charging.
Since the Galaxy F54 5G is priced at INR 31,999 (around $390), the Galaxy M34 5G could be priced somewhere around INR 25,000 (around $300) in India.
