Last week, Samsung announced that it will launch the Galaxy M34 5G in India on July 7, 2023. The company also revealed the phone's key features through a teaser page on Amazon India's website. So far, we’ve also had plenty of leaks regarding the Galaxy M34 5G, which reveal the complete specifications of the device, and these specs suggest that it is a slightly modified version of the Galaxy A34 5G. However, what we didn’t know was the price of the phone. Well, now we do, thanks to a new leak.
According to a new tweet from tipster Yogesh Brar, the Galaxy M34 5G will be priced between INR 18,000 ($219) and INR 19,000 ($231) in India. That’s almost half of what the Galaxy A34 5G costs in the country (INR 30,999). If the Galaxy M43 5G launches in India at that price, the phone would offer excellent value for money as it will have almost all the features of the Galaxy A34 5G at almost half the price. At INR 18,000, the Galaxy M34 5G will compete with the likes of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite, iQOO Z7 5G, and Vivo T2 5G.

The leak also reveals the complete specifications of the phone. The Galaxy M34 5G will reportedly have a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, Exynos 1280 processor, up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, Android 13 (One UI 5.1), 6,000mAh battery, and 25W fast charging. The tipster claims that it will have three cameras at the rear: a 50MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide unit, and a 2MP macro camera. The selfie camera is said to be a 13MP unit.
All the Galaxy M34 5G features revealed by the tipster are in line with the previous leaks and teasers. At this point, it is safe to say that these are the final specs of the smartphone. Typically, Samsung’s Galaxy M-series phones sell very well in India as they offer plenty of features for their price. Looking at the Galaxy M34 5G’s leaked price and specifications, it looks like this smartphone could also be a hit in the Indian market.
