The world's biggest TV manufacturer, Samsung Electronics, has joined hands with Warner Bros. Pictures to bring 8K movie trailers of highly anticipated movies to its Neo QLED 8K TVs. The trailers will be displayed on Neo QLED 8K screens in more than 65,000 retail stores around the world.
Samsung says that these 8K resolution movie trailers will help users understand the need for 8K screens. Samsung and Warner Bros. partnered and showcased the ‘Creed-III' trailer across 450 stores in the US and Europe earlier this year. As a result of this, consumers seemed pretty attracted to the sheer quality and showed their enthusiasm. This also revealed that there is a growing market for 8K content consumption.
Since, ‘Creed III', Samsung and Warner Bros. have extended this program. Now shoppers across the globe will be able to see Samsung Neo QLED 8K in action with an appealing lineup of trailers for upcoming films such as Barbie, Blue Beetle, Dune: Part Two, Wonka, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Consumers can view the trailers in high quality with crisp details, accurate colors, and hyper-realistic depth, giving them an elevated viewing experience.
Cheolgi Kim, Executive VP of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics, said, “Collaborating with Warner Bros. allows Samsung to show consumers how ultra-premium TV technology can take their favorite films to a whole new level.”
