Samsung is continuing to release the September 2023 security update to several of its smartphones. While most high-end phones received the security update early last month, several mid-range and affordable smartphones, including the Galaxy A13, Galaxy A21s, and the Galaxy M02, are getting the update now.
The Galaxy A13 is getting updated with the September 2023 security patch with firmware version A137FXXS3CWI3. It is available in Afghanistan, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Morocco, Pakistan. Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Tunisia, and Turkey. The Galaxy A21s is getting the update with firmware version A217FXXSADWI1, and it is rolling out in Australia, Austria, Cambodia, Caucasus Countries, Fiji, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Thailand, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
The Galaxy M02 is also getting the September 2023 security update, and it comes with firmware version M022FXXS3BWH1. It is available in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The September 2023 security patch brings several (more than 60) security fixes for known vulnerabilities. Don't expect these updates to bring new features or performance improvements.

To do that, navigate to Settings » Software update and tap Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our firmware database and flash it manually.
