Bits of information gathered from various regulatory agencies indicate that Samsung is in the process of bringing a refreshed Galaxy Tab S6 Lite tablet to the market in 2022. Several alleged hardware specifications are already known, and now, tentative pricing details for Europe have emerged through a third-party online retailer.
The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) will be available in Wi-Fi (SM-P613) and LTE (SM-P619) variants, and both will be available with 64GB or 128GB of storage, according to the online listing by CentralPoint.
More so, 64GB and 128GB Wi-FI-only models should hit the market for roughly €421 and €468, respectively. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) LTE is listed online for €492 (64GB) and €538 (128GB).
These prices don't include VAT, and they probably aren't final, given that they originate from a third-party online retailer. Nevertheless, they should give us a relatively accurate idea of Samsung's pricing plans for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022).
The retailer doesn't seem to be entirely certain when the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) will be in stock, but one variant (64GB Wi-Fi-only in Blue) could arrive on May 17, 2022. Others variants are slated for August.
According to previous benchmark results, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) should run Android 12 and have 4GB of RAM and the Snapdragon 720G chipset. The original Galaxy Tab S6 Lite released in 2020 features the Exynos 9611 SoC, but Samsung is apparently switching to a Qualcomm silicon for the refreshed model. We'll keep you posted.
