The Galaxy Note 10 Lite is the latest Samsung high-end phone to get the May 2022 security update. The other Galaxy Note 10 lineup devices—Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+—have already received the update in some markets.
The latest software update for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite comes with firmware version N770FXXU8GVD2. The update is rolling out in Ecuador and Peru. More countries will get the new update within the next few weeks, but there's no strict timeline. The May 2022 security patch fixes dozens of privacy and security vulnerabilities.
If you have a Galaxy Note 10 Lite and live in any of the countries mentioned above, you can download and install the latest software update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our database and flash it manually.
Samsung had launched the Galaxy Note 10 Lite in early 2020 with Android 10 onboard. The phone received the Android 11 update in early 2021 and the Android 12 update earlier this year.
