Samsung is a few days late this month, but it's on a roll today. After releasing the September 2022 security update to the Galaxy S21 series and the Galaxy S20 FE 5G, the South Korean firm has released the new update to the Galaxy A52s 5G in Taiwan.
The update bumps up the Galaxy A52s 5G's firmware version to A528BZTU1CVH6. The September 2022 security patch fixes 24 vulnerabilities found in Samsung's Galaxy smartphones and tablets. It includes all the patches offered by Google, along with reliability and stability improvements.
If you are a Galaxy A52s 5G user in Taiwan, you can now download and install the new security update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. You can also try out the manual firmware flashing method after downloading the file from our firmware database.
The phone was launched in the second half of 2021 with Android 11 onboard. Samsung released the Android 12 update to the device earlier this year. It will get at least two more Android OS updates in the future.
