Samsung's Repair Bus service is coming to more regions across Germany. The company has partnered with Likewize to expand the Repair Bus's area of operation and has big plans to cover almost every city by the end of 2025.

If you don't know, Samsung Repair Buses are mobile workshops fully equipped with the necessary tools and spare parts to perform repairs at the client's address. It's a highly convenient service that charges only a €20 premium fee, and Samsung first introduced it to Germany five years ago.

A Samsung Repair Bus can offer professional services at the customer's address, ranging from maintenance, support, and data backups to Galaxy phone battery and display replacements.

Going nation-wide by the end of 2025

Up until now, Samsung's Repair Bus service in Germany had limited reach. However, starting this month, Samsung will expand the availability of the Repair Bus to more large German cities, including Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, and Cologne.

Samsung says that Repair Buses will be available in the country's 15 largest cities before the end of 2024. And by the end of 2025, the service will expand to include every city in Germany that has more than 20,000 inhabitants.

Customers can book a Samsung Repair Bus from the Smart Repair Service website. Aside from the €20 Premium Service fee, damage covered by warranty is repaired free of charge. Otherwise, users can determine the cost of repairs via the aforementioned website.
