The Galaxy S24 FE is due to arrive in the next few weeks. We have learned almost everything about Samsung's next Fan Edition smartphone already, and thanks to multiple certifications the phone picked up recently, it has been confirmed that the S24 FE will not bring an increase in charging speeds.Summarize in one-click with Galaxy AI

A massive leak already revealed that wired charging speed on the S24 FE will top out at 25W, similar to the base Galaxy S24 model. Wireless charging speeds have been revealed as well: like the S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra, the S24 FE will support 15W wireless charging. Reverse wireless charging speed will likely top out at 4.5W.

While charging upgrades are not part of the package, the Galaxy S24 FE will come with a higher capacity battery. It is equipped with a 4,700 mAh battery, a 200 mAh bump over all existing Galaxy S FE models.

Galaxy S24 FE will bring substantial performance and battery life improvements

With the larger battery and more efficient chipset, we can expect excellent battery life on the Galaxy S24 FE. Samsung claims it can last up to 78 hours of audio playback and 29 hours of video playback on a single charge. That's a 9-hour and 7-hour increase over the Galaxy S23 FE.

Galaxy S24 FE wireless charging speed

The S24 FE uses the deca-core Exynos 2400 in every market. That includes the US and Canada, where Samsung usually launches Snapdragon variants of its flagship smartphones. The Exynos 2400 will also run its fastest core at slightly reduced clock speed on the S24 FE. However, the other nine cores will see no such downgrade.

In addition to a bigger battery, the S24 FE will come with the largest and brightest screen in the lineup. It will feature a 6.7-inch display with a peak brightness of 1900 nits, up from the 6.4-inch display with a peak brightness of 1450 nits on the S23 FE.

Performance improvements over the Galaxy S23 FE will be substantial as well, as last year's model launched with Exynos and Snapdragon chips from 2022.
