The Galaxy Grand Neo is yet to be officially announced, but an online retailer in India has already listed the device as “Coming Soon.” Samsung is set to announce the mobile next week, but thanks to the online listing, we know the hardware the device will feature. The Galaxy Grand Neo is a dual-SIM offering that features with a 5.1-inch TFT screen with a resolution of 800 x 480. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor, features 1 GB RAM, 5 MP camera with LED flash, a 0.3 MP front shooter, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and Wi-Fi Direct connectivity along with a 2,100 mAh battery. The device is said to come with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
The device is offered in storage variations of 8 and 16 GB. The online retailer listed the device for Rs. 18,299 ($300), although it isn’t clear if it is for the 8 GB or 16 GB version. The Galaxy Grand Neo measures 143.7×77.1×9.6mm and weighs in at 163 grams. The device features functionality like Multi Window mode, a utility that was limited to Samsung’s higher-end offerings until now.
