Samsung today announced the launch of a live online customer support service called S Service. It enables users to connect directly with a service agent through one-to-one remote support via their PC. S Service is a very convenient way for people to get expert help and since this is a chat-based service they don't have to worry about background noise and can easily use the service wherever they have internet access.
To use S Service down the app at g-sis.co.kr, the app needs Windows 8 or higher. Click on Online Tech Support once the app is installed and enter the nature of your problem followed by a click on the Request button. The system will automatically notify users about how long they will have to wait and how many people are waiting in the queue to receive help. S Service is going to be available in English during weekdays from the United States (GMT +9 Monday 9:00 am to Friday 11:59 pm).
