As to which earbuds you should buy, the Galaxy Buds FE might have the best fit — thanks to their interchangeable wing tips — but they don't have the same features and audio quality as more expensive models.
The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earbuds likely sound better than the Buds 3, but the Buds 3 have a newer design with a vertical-loading charging case.
And last but not least, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro earbuds are the best in Samsung's portfolio right now. You can't go wrong with them, and they're certainly worth upgrading to from a previous model via trade-in.
